Pros: - Front desk staff are nice - Room cleaners do a good job - (Relatively) cheap Cons: - No Wi-fi. The Wi-fi they provide is unusable. - Black mold in the bathrooms - No fridge/microwave - The only way to the most rooms is through a dark hallway that reeks of urine.
Not the fanciest place but it was fine. Staff was nice and helpful. Room could use some updates but it was clean and had what was needed. There is an ice machine on site which made me happy. There is a corner store across the street which was great for snacks and drinks. Nice location close to the Wharf.
There was a light sensor in the bathroom that automatically turned out the light every thirty second that it didn't sense movement. The sensor doesn't register movement from the shower so every 30 seconds you're left in the dark and have to open the shower and wave your arm to get the lights back on. The elevator was out of order. The ground floor is all parking so every room is up a set of one or two stairs. I had a recent back procedure so it was difficult getting our belongings to the room. On a positive note, the price was reasonable and the location is walking distance to restaurants and sights.
Always stay here bec it's walking distance to Pier 39. Stayed here over the weekend. Couldn't really complain about anything except I noticed some mold in the windows and bathroom shower. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I remember him from last time. We walked up the street to a breakfast spot called "The New Spot" which was 10/10. Definitely recommend! Our room was clean and it was nice actually getting hot water. Will be staying here again next time!
