Hotel is not too far from Powell Street Bart station. We were made very welcome by the receptionist Madz who was extremely helpful and informative. Our room is very spacious and very well decorated with a big bathroom and a large TV. The hotel is close to Union Square and has plenty going on around it for dining etc. Looks a great place to stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in San Francisco! The location is perfectly central, making it so easy to hop on the Muni or walk right down to Union Square. We loved exploring Nob Hill and walking over to Grace Cathedral. While the entire hotel team was great, Jasmine completely elevated our experience. She greeted us with a fantastic smile every day and provided the kind of exceptional customer service that makes you feel truly valued. We will definitely be coming back!

I am really sick of 4 star hotels that deserve 2 stars! Feeling clean in my hotel room is a #1 priority & I didn't get that here. Every part of the room was old and dirty, luxury is not a feeling you will get here. The rooms and hallways are also dark and non-welcoming. On the plus side, I will say, nice and safe location and lovely staff but overall just not for me.

Not worth it. Rooms are full of cheap furniture, built poorly. The bed creaked and clicked every time I moved. The bathroom door in my room wasn't hung properly, so it just opens. There were also bugs flying around in the room. My room faced a wall, but cost as much as rooms with a view of anything at all. How does that make sense? Prebooked & the receptionist double charged me, then tried to tell me she didn't, saying it was just the $100 security deposit. She said that when she charged & again later when I came back to get the charge removed. She undid it when I confirmed the charge & prepay, but if I hadn't been paying attention I would have paid double for a room I wasn't very pleased with.

This hotel is in such a great location. The staff are all friendly, but there are a few things to note with the rooms. 1. All of the rooms have a material gap under the door, that a hand could fit under. Not only does this mean light travels through the door at night (for people who need a dark room this is a problem) but noises from the corridor pass through. 2. The rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days. For some this isn’t an issue, but you should be aware. 3. The windows in the room I was in hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Again, not a major issue, but you would like to think they would be cleaned regularly. 4. There is a destination fee of 35 US/night. We knew this upfront, and it’s fairly standard practise. Just be mindful so you don’t get caught out. We probably wouldn’t stay again unless other options in the vicinity weren’t available.
