I stayed here for a large weekend convention happening at the Moscone center and figured it was a decent walking distance away from the center and close to bus stops. Service: Aside from the checkin experience which was relatively straightforward, trying to get any help outside of that was a struggle. Front desk never answered calls despite multiple attempts on different days. Housekeeping came daily and basically just refolds your used bedsheets. Nothing particularly noteworthy here Room: this is where the stay failed at the most. The fire alarm (while inactive) made a weird cog-turning noise. The drain was clogged in our room, meaning they don’t do any proactive maintenance until a guest brings it up. Towels were dirty and the bathroom had mold in the showers. There’s no fridge or any amenities for that matter aside from a TV (didn’t use, can’t comment on that). They also only have one person at the front desk at any given time, so if it’s a busy weekend, expect there to be a long wait for checkin. Overall, I probably won’t stay here again. I usually am not typically very picky about hotels since I see it as a place to just sleep and rest at night, but cleanliness and safety was questionable. It’s also located in a sketchy area of the city, so lone travelers beware. Pros: they do allow you to ship packages to the hotel and they secure it in a holding room. They also have water on every floor and housekeeping came daily (maybe only for super busy weekends?).

I’ve stayed here at least 3 times for different occasions, really close to Bill Graham and walking distance if attending a show there. We also stayed here recently for the sf marathon, we were able to schedule and Lyft or uber to our drop off point. And we stayed here for nba all star weekend. We like this location because of their parking and convenience. Their elevators are sensitive so you can’t have more than 5 people in it at a time to or will go out of order. Staff is friendly, lobby is nice and sleek, one of my friends was able to work in their conference center and they had granola bars and I think fruit. The rooms are pretty comfy, the beds seem more like a full or double than queen but overall it’s a convenient stay for downtown sf for the price.

Good spot with in proximity to some good venues for shows. Parking was easy at their own covers lot. Walk to many places to eat or bring back to lobby area that can be good gathering spot with a bar. Rooms were clean and lightly updated with what appears to be more updates to come. Will consider future stays when going to local venues
